My workshops focus on themes to help people gain confidence, take control of their workload and develop techniques to positively handle challenging situations, so they can gain higher self-esteem, greater job-satisfaction and performance, and deeper feelings of wellbeing.

All workshops are practical and hands-on with activities designed to be relevant to each individual participant. They can be tailored to fit the needs of your team.

Positive and Proactive Resilience and Wellbeing

Resilience and wellbeing go hand in hand. Resilience gives us our inner strength, our confidence in our abilities and a sense of happiness and wellbeing.

This workshop looks at two key attributes of resilience: having a positive outlook and being proactive when faced with a challenge. It is a practical and hands-on workshop with activities designed to be relevant to each individual participant. Participants learn how to create and use a positive-frame-of-mind to be more confident in challenging situations, and learn how to proactively take control of things that have a negative impact on their practice.

A positive outlook helps us to think clearly and creatively, feel motivated and valued, and in charge of our own thoughts and emotions.

By being proactive we can take control of our own situation. We can make practical changes and change our reactions and responses to things that irritate and distract us, so that we can focus all of our energy into moving forward and giving our best

The workshop can be delivered as one 90-minute session, two 45-minute sessions or three 30-minute sessions, and prices vary accordingly. All sessions incorporate practical activities and opportunities for participants to share ideas.

Taking Control of your Wellbeing at Work

A feeling of wellbeing is not only good for our mental health but it also helps us to give and be our best. It gives us confidence, motivation and creativity, and enables us to take charge of our own thoughts and emotions.

Being aware of our own wellbeing and knowing how to build and maintain it, puts us firmly in control of how we feel and how we react and respond to situations.

This workshop looks at giving participants control over their own feelings of wellbeing. Participants learn how to create and use their self-confidence to feel in control of situations. They learn how to recognise unhelpful thoughts and how to react and respond to these in positive and helpful ways that build and maintain their sense of wellbeing.
