Stress is when you feel under too much pressure and unable to cope. Finding ways to reduce and manage stress that work for you, as an individual, is vital for your personal health and happiness.

Plan realistically and handle the triggers
Taking time out to talk through the situation will help you to look at things clearly and help you to make changes. We will work together to realistically plan for your success by looking at all the things that you have to do in your everyday life, the things which contribute to your levels of stress and those which contribute to your peace of mind. We will explore ways to positively handle stressful events and maximise beneficial ones, identifying and minimising stress triggers and unhelpful habits. Coaching will help you become more aware and appreciative of yourself, it will strengthen and build positive habits and help put you in control of your life.

Coaching is all about you
