Data collected

I may collect your name, email address, mobile number and home address. I may also collect information such as consultation notes. I collect this information using forms on my website, emails, texts, phone conversations, face-to-face conversations and the booking system (10to8). I collect contact information for administration purposes and consultation notes to enable the coaching process.

Data confidentiality

All data is confidential and will not be shared except in exceptional circumstances such as concern about serious risk of harm to the client or others or to fulfil a legal duty such as a court order.

Collecting, storing and deleting data

Website:

  • Information collected via online forms is automatically emailed to sue@suehulme.co.uk
  • Please note that, as with most businesses, suehulme.co.uk uses Google Analytics to monitor performance. However, I have set it up in such a way that I do not have access to any personal information about you.
 

Booking System (10to8) and payment system (STRIPE)

10to8 stores and processes names, email addresses and mobile numbers during the booking process. This information is used only to make bookings, and send confirmation and reminders of appointments. I also store this as detailed in the sections ’email’ and ‘texts or calls’ below. 

10to8 does not process payments directly but uses integration with the payment platform Stripe. PCI  (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance is handled by Stripe. Stripe store all information submitted through the payment form. Neither 10to8 or Sue Hulme Life Coaching have access to any payment information. Email:

  • Emails are sent to sue@suehulme.co.uk
  • Email addresses are stored in my password protected email account. Other contact information may be transferred to electronic documents which are stored in password protected folders on a password protected laptop.
  • Information such as client notes are printed (without contact details) or recorded as written notes (without contact details). These notes are stored in locked storage.
  • Emails are deleted as soon as the information has been transferred to electronic and/or paper documents as detailed above.
 
 

Texts or Calls to 07980 430408

  • Mobile numbers are stored on my password protected mobile phone. Other contact information may be transferred to electronic documents which are stored in password protected folders on a password protected laptop.
  • Other information such as client notes are recorded as written notes (without contact details). These notes are stored in locked storage.
  • Texts are deleted as soon as the information has been transferred to electronic and/or paper documents.
 
 

Face-to-face conversations

  • Contact information is transferred to electronic documents which are stored in password protected folders on a password protected laptop.
  • Other information such as consultation notes are recorded as written notes These notes are stored in locked storage.
 
 

How long data is kept

  • Consultation notes and means of contact information are stored securely for 5 years as a condition of my professional insurance
  • I keep contact information for potential clients during the time that we are communicating with regard to that person becoming a client.
