Simple in theory
Getting fit and losing weight are two of the most common goals which people have. They can also be two of the hardest to achieve. To get fit you need to exercise and to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat. How simple this sounds, but finding the motivation, method, plan and support that work for you can be trickier.
Build your motivators and conquer the obstacles
You have probably tried to get fit or lose weight before and so you will already have vital experience and information which we can use. We will work together to look realistically at what does and what doesn’t work for you. We will find your motivators and build on these to help you persevere. We will also look at the things that can sabotage your efforts and plan ways to overcome these. We will find routines and ideas that work for you and I can introduce you to some simple NLP techniques that will help you change how you think so that your thoughts will help you rather than hold you back.
Coaching is all about you

Face-to-face consultations are held in lovely consulting rooms in Kenilworth and Coventry. Online consultations are either by video (using Zoom which is really easy to use and I am happy to help you with this if you are not technically-minded) or telephone consultation.
