Be More Confident (3-sessions)  –  £225

Confidence is a state of mind and, with a few well-directed tweaks, you can make big changes to how confident you are. The more confident you feel, then the more you will be able to do comfortably, and the more your confidence will grow.

During our 3 sessions together, I will help you to become more confident by introducing you to simple ideas and techniques that you can use in your everyday life. I tailor the sessions to your needs, so that the changes you make and the impact they have will be specific to you. You will learn, among other things, how to recognise and use your confident experiences, how to re-interpret your nervous feelings and then react confidently to them, and how to break your unhelpful unconfident-thought cycles.

Confidence is one of the most common reasons that clients come to see me. It is also one of the most rewarding because small tweaks really can lead to big changes.

This package includes 3 face-to-face 50-minute sessions via Zoom.  The sessions can be arranged at times to suit you and I would usually advise 1 or 2 weeks between sessions. The Be More Confident package aims to increase your confidence and also give you techniques to continue developing your confidence after the sessions have finished. Additional sessions can be booked ‘as and when’, if wished.

Reduce Your Stress (3-sessions)  –  £225

Stress happens when you feel under too much pressure, you feel unable to control what is going on and feel overwhelmed by the demands being made upon you. With a few well-directed tweaks, you can reduce your levels of stress and the less stress you feel then the more you will be able to take control.

During our 3 sessions together, I will help you to reduce your stress by introducing you to simple ideas and techniques that you can use in your everyday life. I tailor the sessions to your needs, so that the changes you make and the impact they have will be specific to you. You will learn, among other things, how to identify stress triggers, how to prioritise the demands made on you, how to positively handle stressful events and how to introduce beneficial ones, and how to replace unhelpful stress-inducing habits with helpful in-control habits.

This package includes 3 face-to-face 50-minute sessions via Zoom.  The sessions can be arranged at times to suit you and I would usually advise 1 or 2 weeks between sessions. The Reduce your Stress package aims to help you reduce your stress by taking control, and also to give you techniques to continue developing your control after the sessions have finished. Additional sessions can be booked ‘as and when’, if wished.

Take Control of Your Weight Loss (3-sessions)  –  £225

The key to losing weight and keeping it off, is to find ways that suit you; your personality, your values, your circumstances, your experiences and your lifestyle. It is not a quick fix, but once you have found the ways that truly work for you then, with repetition, they can become a normal part of your life.

During our 3 sessions together, I will help you to take control of your weight loss by introducing you to ideas and techniques that you can use in your everyday life. I tailor the sessions to your needs, so that the changes you make and the impact they have will be specific to you. You will learn, among other things, how to use your motivations and past positive experiences to drive you forward, how to identify and overcome your obstacles and triggers, how to replace unhelpful habits and thoughts with helpful ones.

This package includes 3 face-to-face 50-minute sessions via Zoom.  The sessions can be arranged at times to suit you and I would usually advise 1 or 2 weeks between sessions. The Take Control of Your Weight package aims to help put you in control of your weight-loss journey and also give you techniques to continue with this after the sessions have finished. Additional sessions can be booked ‘as and when’, if wished.
